Coronavirus: Customer Update

VBS Direct Ltd is supporting UK veterinary practice whilst seeking to protect our clients, suppliers, staff and supply chains during this challenging time.

VBS Direct Ltd currently has no reported infections amoung it's staff or suppliers. We remain open for business. We are continuously checking the government guidelines and will issue updates to this page as necessary.

Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19).

We are currently experiencing no Coronavirus related issues with our supply chain and will continue to support clients with products orders, marketing, accounts and remote technical support.

In line with government guidance we are aware that practices are limiting contact with third parties. Where this is the case we are happy to comply and support practices via telephone, Zoom/Skype and email communication.

If practices experience quiet times we are able to offer remote staff training on K-Laser, V-PET, supplements, Bovie Surgical equipment, Digicare anaesthetic or fluid therapy and CryoPen cryotherapy technology. Training may be via Skype, online training media, recorded CPD events etc. Please contact us for more information.

Christmas / New Year 2020

After what has been a very trying year VBS Direct would like to wish all of our clients a very Merry Christmas and a much better 2021!

Our usual business hours are 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday. Over the festive period the VBS office will be closed from midday on Thursday 24th December until 9am on Tuesday 29th December. VBS will also be closed for the new years bank holiday. If you have any queries over this period please email us at info@vbsdirect.co.uk.

Last date for Own-Brand Product Orders Before Christmas
'Own-Brand' supplement orders received before the close of business on Friday 18th December should be delivered by Parcelforce before Christmas.
